Job Summary
To drive new business opportunities, the full-time Sales Development Representative will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients to generate new leads
- Qualify inbound leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing
- Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
