Job Summary

Identifying prospective organizations and engaging decision-makers, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) will conduct prospect research, execute outbound outreach, and schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research organizations that may benefit from 101VOICE solutions, including key decision-makers
  • Execute structured outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and assess interest
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Managers, ensuring the inclusion of the correct stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Strong research abilities and excellent organizational skills
  • Background in technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or IT services
  • Comfortable conducting outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn
