Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Development Representative will generate qualified sales opportunities through marketing leads, inbound interest, and targeted outbound prospecting while collaborating closely with Account Executives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound leads and outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop prospecting plans for strategic accounts and manage small deals and renewals
  • Conduct account mapping and develop effective prospecting strategies to uncover new business and grow existing customer relationships
Required qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience
  • Proven expertise in consultative and solution prospecting/selling
  • Experience in managing a large territory and high volume of leads while building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to make 50+ dials daily and handle objections and rejection effectively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a capacity to engage with executives and business professionals
