Job Summary
To drive growth in a remote environment, the full-time Sales Development Representative will initiate relationships with target customers, generate demand through outbound lead campaigns, and collaborate with the sales team to improve health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage advanced sales tools to execute outbound lead campaigns, including cold calling and email outreach
- Establish relationships with key decision makers at target companies to build solid partnerships
- Utilize Salesforce to build prospect lists, craft messaging, and track results for the sales team
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, particularly in lead generation focused on employer sales
- Proven track record of developing new relationships and building a multi-million pipeline with qualified buyers
- Experience with Salesforce is required
- Ability to maintain a work schedule aligned with Eastern Time Zone business hours
- Demonstrated strong persuasive capabilities on the phone to secure meetings
