Job Summary
Supporting all aspects of the sales process, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage outbound engagement, inbound lead management, and proposal development while tracking activities and reporting results to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of the sales process, including research, outbound engagement, and coordinating sales calls
- Track activities in the system of record and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm's solutions and services while managing a pipeline of interested prospects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education and experience required
- 2+ years of prior sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and software
- High level of business acumen and professionalism
