Job Summary

Generating new business opportunities, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team, while achieving quota targets and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute daily prospecting activities, including making 50+ outbound calls and sending emails to generate interest in software solutions
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Executives to develop territory plans and consistently book demo meetings for potential clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce to support the sales process
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking and prospecting
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Excellent prospecting and telephone sales abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
