Job Summary
Connecting with potential clients, the full-time Sales Development Representative will engage in outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate qualified leads while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels, maintaining 80+ dials per day
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment before handoff to Account Executives
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role with a focus on lead generation
- Higher education in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet targets, including a goal of 4 qualified meetings per week
- Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
