Job Summary

Connecting with potential clients, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will engage in outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with potential customers that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels, maintaining 80+ dials per day
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong alignment before handoff to Account Executives
Required qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role with success in lead generation
  • BTS, DTS, Licence, or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and hit targets
  • Fluent in English required
