Job Summary
Connecting with potential clients, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will lead outbound prospecting efforts through strategic cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Conduct high-volume outreach, maintaining 80+ dials per day to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify leads and develop territory strategies for pipeline growth
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role with a focus on lead generation
- Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Fluency in English is required
