Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Sales Development Representative who will qualify inbound leads, run targeted outbound campaigns to DTC brands, and book qualified meetings to drive the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound leads by confirming fit and engaging decision-makers to book demos for Account Executives
  • Run outbound prospecting by researching high-fit DTC brands and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns
  • Manage the pre-demo experience, ensuring successful meeting setups and addressing no-shows or reschedules
Required qualifications
  • 0-2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, particularly with tools like Shopify
  • Ability to respond quickly to inbound leads and demonstrate a proactive approach to outreach
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective prospect engagement
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools
