Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Sales Development Representative who will qualify inbound leads, run targeted outbound campaigns to DTC brands, and book qualified meetings to drive the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads by confirming fit and engaging decision-makers to book demos for Account Executives
- Run outbound prospecting by researching high-fit DTC brands and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns
- Manage the pre-demo experience, ensuring successful meeting setups and addressing no-shows or reschedules
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, particularly with tools like Shopify
- Ability to respond quickly to inbound leads and demonstrate a proactive approach to outreach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective prospect engagement
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools
