Job Summary
To kickstart a sales career, the full-time Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify sales opportunities for the Direct Sales team while working remotely, conducting research, making outbound calls, and nurturing prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify promising sales opportunities, reaching out to potential clients via phone and email
- Engage with prospects to provide product information and foster meaningful conversations that generate interest
- Coordinate introductory meetings and discovery calls with decision-makers, qualifying leads to pass on to Account Executives
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Prior experience in transactional SaaS sales, prospecting, and lead qualification is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow a structured sales process
- Motivated to grow sales skills and advance to an Account Executive role
