Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Sales Development Representative, focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation by connecting with potential clients across North America to introduce them to innovative payment and customer engagement solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential customers matching the ideal customer profile through high-volume outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage leads and activities in the CRM
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support territory planning and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, or lead generation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet activity and performance targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Relevant qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset
