Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will drive outbound prospecting efforts, build pipeline, and set qualified meetings while adapting to new campaigns and utilizing AI tools effectively.

Key responsibilities
  • Build pipeline by driving outbound prospecting that generates qualified meetings
  • Adapt messaging and workflows quickly in response to new campaigns and initiatives
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in repetitive tasks and data management
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of successful prospecting experience in the SaaS industry
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with cold outbound prospecting and territory-based selling
  • Strong self-management skills in a remote work environment
  • Ability to assess company needs and tailor outreach accordingly
