Job Summary

To support sales initiatives, the full-time Sales Development Representative will identify and engage potential stakeholders through phone and email outreach, qualifying leads and developing new business opportunities while working in a hybrid model based in the Chicagoland area.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish viable opportunities through probing and solution-based questions
  • Contact prospective customers to engage directly via phone, email, or other methods
  • Evaluate and score the quality of leads based on defined criteria
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a lead generation specialist
  • Experience in the marketing industry is preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com
  • Strong web-based computer skills and a competitive mindset
