Job Summary
As a remote Sales Development Representative, the full-time position focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers while building relationships and creating a strong sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify potential customers through research and outbound activities across multiple channels
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities by effectively communicating the company's solutions and value proposition
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities in the CRM system and track outreach and pipeline contributions against targets
Required qualifications
- Experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or a comparable B2B sales role
- Solid understanding of sales cycles, lead qualification, and outbound sales techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in CRM documentation
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
