Job Summary

Seeking a driven Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote position, this role focuses on high-volume prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities with tech-forward Mid-Market and Enterprise companies, setting up meetings for Account Executives to close.

Key responsibilities
  • Send 50+ outbound messages daily to decision-makers at target companies
  • Research accounts to understand workforce development challenges and engage key stakeholders
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings and maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot
Required qualifications
  • Proven 2+ years of B2B sales development or business development experience
  • Background in selling to Corporate Education, EdTech, SaaS, or HR Tech sectors
  • Track record of exceeding meeting quotas and performing as a top sales performer
  • Experience targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach at scale
