Job Summary

Seeking a driven Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote role focused on high-volume prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities with tech-forward Mid-Market and Enterprise companies, setting up meetings for Account Executives to close.

Key responsibilities
  • Send 50+ outbound messages daily to decision-makers at target companies
  • Research and engage key stakeholders in Learning & Development, HR, and Talent Development
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and book 35-50 qualified meetings per month
Required qualifications
  • Proven 2+ years of B2B sales development or business development experience
  • Experience selling to Corporate Education, EdTech, SaaS, HR Tech, or workforce development solutions
  • Track record of exceeding meeting quotas and outperforming peers
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling as a primary prospecting method
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
