Job Summary
Seeking a driven Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote role focused on high-volume prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities with tech-forward Mid-Market and Enterprise companies, setting up meetings for Account Executives to close.
Key responsibilities
- Send 50+ outbound messages daily to decision-makers at target companies
- Research and engage key stakeholders in Learning & Development, HR, and Talent Development
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and book 35-50 qualified meetings per month
Required qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of B2B sales development or business development experience
- Experience selling to Corporate Education, EdTech, SaaS, HR Tech, or workforce development solutions
- Track record of exceeding meeting quotas and outperforming peers
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling as a primary prospecting method
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
