Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote position, responsible for sending over 50 outbound messages daily to decision-makers at tech-forward companies, qualifying prospects, and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outreach to identify and engage potential clients in the tech sector
- Research target accounts to understand their workforce development challenges and tailor follow-up messages accordingly
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and achieve monthly meeting booking targets with qualified prospects
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales development or business development experience
- Proven track record of exceeding meeting quotas and performance metrics
- Experience selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise companies, preferably in Corporate Education, EdTech, or SaaS
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to effectively communicate complex training solutions and engage senior decision-makers
