Job Summary

To fuel growth in EU markets, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will focus on high-activity prospecting by sending outbound messages to decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities
  • Send 50+ outbound messages daily to engage decision-makers at tech-forward companies
  • Research target accounts to identify workforce development challenges and qualify prospects
  • Schedule 35-50 qualified discovery meetings per month for the sales team
Required qualifications
  • Proven 2+ years of B2B sales development or business development experience
  • Background in selling to corporate education, EdTech, SaaS, or workforce development solutions
  • Track record of exceeding meeting quotas and outperforming peers
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach at scale
