Job Summary

To fuel growth in EU markets, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will focus on high-activity prospecting by sending outbound messages, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives with tech-forward companies.

Key responsibilities
  • Send 50+ outbound messages daily to decision-makers at target companies
  • Research accounts to understand workforce development challenges and engage key stakeholders
  • Schedule 35-50 qualified meetings per month for the sales team
Required qualifications
  • Proven 2+ years of B2B sales development or business development experience
  • Background in selling to Corporate Education, EdTech, SaaS, HR Tech, or workforce development solutions
  • Track record of exceeding meeting quotas and outperforming peers
  • Experience targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach
