Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote role focused on high-activity prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities with tech-forward Mid-Market and Enterprise companies, setting up meetings for Account Executives to close.
Key responsibilities
- Send 50+ outbound messages daily to decision-makers at target companies and follow up with personalized communications
- Research target accounts to understand their workforce development challenges and engage key stakeholders in L&D, HR, and Talent Development
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity metrics in HubSpot while booking 35-50 qualified meetings per month
Required qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of B2B sales development or business development experience
- Background in selling to Corporate Education, EdTech, SaaS, HR Tech, or workforce development solutions
- Track record as a top performer, consistently exceeding meeting quotas
- Experience targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise companies with a strong hunter mentality
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
