Job Summary
Owning the top of the funnel for enterprise sales, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will cold call and book qualified meetings while engaging with technical buyers in the B2B SaaS space.
Key responsibilities
- Cold call potential clients to generate leads and book qualified meetings
- Maintain a focus on metrics related to qualified meetings held and pipeline generation
- Collaborate with team members through regular coaching and 1:1 sessions to improve performance
Required qualifications
- 6-24 months of experience in SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales roles, specifically in B2B SaaS
- Strong phone presence with excellent listening skills
- Self-starter mentality with a high sense of urgency and adaptability to undefined processes
- Ability to communicate technical product value confidently to buyers
- Curiosity about the market, product, and buyers, with a willingness to learn and stay coachable
