Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative for a full-time hybrid role in Atlanta, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through inbound and outbound strategies, emphasizing proactive outreach
  • Engage with leads to qualify their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring a good fit for the platform
  • Build rapport with prospects and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and exceed goals
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
