Job Summary
Proactively identifying and generating new business leads, the full-time Sales Development Representative will cultivate relationships with potential clients in the MedTech market, manage a pipeline of interested prospects, and collaborate with marketing to enhance outreach efforts, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn
- Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers in medical device and diagnostic companies
- Book meetings for Account Executives by effectively engaging prospects and communicating value
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or data-driven sales is a plus
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and motivation by goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
