Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Sales Development Representative will focus on strategic territory and account mapping, execute multi-channel outbound prospecting, and drive lead conversion for health plans and health systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research into targeted health plans and health systems to identify key stakeholders
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns through cold calling, tailored emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Own and follow up on marketing and event-generated leads, converting them into commercial opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of outbound selling experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or medical device sales
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in converting marketing or event-driven leads into active commercial opportunities
  • Strong work ethic with experience in structured outreach using a sequence-based prospecting approach
  • Proactive use of AI tools to enhance individual output and efficiency
