Job Summary

To support pipeline growth in the beauty and wellness industry, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries while collaborating closely with an Account Executive.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate strategically with the Account Executive to align on outreach and engagement strategies
  • Generate high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through proactive outreach
  • Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, achieving individual targets for lead generation and qualified meetings
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
  • Experience or familiarity within the wellness/salon space is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills and a results-oriented mindset
