Job Summary
As a full-time remote Sales Development Representative, the successful candidate will focus on generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media and industry events
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media to engage potential customers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, particularly in a SaaS or technology context
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with lead generation tools
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales role
