Job Summary

As a full-time Sales Development Representative working remotely, the candidate will be the first point of contact for innovative teams, responsible for generating leads, managing top-of-funnel pipeline, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive outreach and engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the design and development of the sales outreach playbook while establishing best practices for lead qualification
  • Proactively identify and engage prospects through multi-channel outreach, from inbound interest to targeted outbound efforts
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create effective messaging and campaigns tailored for enterprise prospects
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound prospecting as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS environments
  • Understanding of enterprise purchasing decisions and ability to navigate complex account structures
  • Proficiency with CRMs and prospecting tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance against KPIs and optimizing workflows
  • Strong curiosity about product development and customer-centric decision-making processes
