Job Summary
Driven and tech-savvy, the full-time Sales Development Representative will identify and engage new business opportunities, manage inbound and outbound sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while working remotely during US time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Advising customers on potential solutions and providing ongoing support to build strong relationships
- Preparing outbound outreach campaigns and responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Identifying and contacting new leads through various channels and conducting online platform demos
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience working with diverse companies and industries
