Job Summary

As a remote Sales Development Representative, the full-time role focuses on driving pipeline growth through high-volume outreach to K-12 school districts, qualifying leads, and building relationships with decision-makers in the education sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage K-12 decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on interest, urgency, and fit
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a high-activity outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io for managing leads and pipeline
  • Ability to conduct research to identify and personalize outreach to prospects
  • Understanding of K-12 structures and decision-making processes
