Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative, the full-time remote position will engage with clients to identify and solicit new business opportunities across various advertising platforms, including podcasts, digital, and radio.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels, targeting 75+ interactions per day
  • Research and identify leads that align with ideal customer profiles while managing lead follow-up and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities, consistently meeting outreach and meeting booking goals
Required qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development or Outbound Sales
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding phone etiquette
  • Ability to balance creativity and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Strong competitive spirit in a metrics-driven and tech-savvy selling environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
