Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sales Development Representative will collaborate with the GTM Strategy Lead to execute outbound customer acquisition strategies, identify potential enterprise accounts, and enhance sales collateral.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying and setting meetings with potential 6-figure+ enterprise accounts that match Lightyear's ideal customer profile
- Iterating on sales collateral and messaging in collaboration with the marketing team
- Working closely with marketing and sales to refine strategy, content, messaging, and sales enablement tools
Required qualifications
- Any outbound sales experience in telecom or B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to write effective emails and deliver excellent product demos
- Demonstrated energy, grit, and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Strong self-starter with prioritization and creative problem-solving skills
- Bonus: Experience selling telecom or SaaS solutions to IT professionals is preferred
