Job Summary

Focused on engaging enterprise security leaders through strategic outbound prospecting, the full-time Sales Development Representative will work remotely to build pipeline and connect prospective customers with HackerOne's offensive security platform while developing essential skills for a career in cybersecurity software sales.

Key responsibilities
  • Complete a structured onboarding and training program while demonstrating adaptability to new tools and feedback
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand customer challenges and articulate the benefits of proactive security solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to implement coordinated prospecting strategies and improve pipeline generation
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
  • Strong written communication skills, including experience in prospecting emails and account research
  • Experience with outbound prospecting through various channels
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
