Job Summary
Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and ensuring a delightful customer experience for complex enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, and conversion for large customers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to enhance service and add value to customer interactions
- Utilize sales technology to effectively prospect and navigate objections through personalized, value-driven messaging
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of prospecting experience or a strong background in recruitment or sales with a proven track record
- Experience using sales technology such as SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Strong customer focus with the ability to develop an in-depth understanding of customer organizations and their needs
- Proven ability to thrive in a results-based culture and demonstrate accountability
- Clear communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and foster relationships
