Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and timely follow-up on inbound leads while collaborating with Marketing and Operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect targeted accounts within the Defense Industrial Base, identifying key stakeholders to initiate conversations
  • Execute daily outbound activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn, tailoring messaging to the buyer's context and Rimstorm's services
  • Qualify inbound leads, schedule meetings for Sales & Delivery Leaders, and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, inside sales, or another high-activity customer-facing position
  • Comfort with high-volume calling and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft concise, professional emails
  • Organized and metrics-driven, with the ability to track work and respond well to coaching
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales technologies
