Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners to schedule qualified appointments
- Deliver a concise pitch about solar energy and document call outcomes accurately
- Participate in ongoing coaching and meet daily/weekly/monthly activity targets
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment setting experience
- Must reside in Georgia and have a distraction-free home workspace
- Ability to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
- Proficient with required computer specifications and dual monitors
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
