Job Summary
Seeking ambitious Business Development Representatives for a remote, full-time position focused on identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive success in energy management solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business opportunities through outreach and follow-up with potential clients
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to generate appointments and convert leads
- Utilize social selling techniques and provide consistent feedback to the team and Account Executives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of sales experience or relevant intern sales experience for recent graduates
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven problem-solving approach and analytical skills
