Job Summary
As a full-time remote Sales Development Representative, the successful candidate will focus on building an effective outbound sales strategy, conducting research to identify leads, engaging in outbound activities, and collaborating closely with Account Executives to enhance sales efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects using AI tools and automated workflows
- Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers
- Monitor and report key performance indicators related to outbound sales activities, refining outreach strategies based on feedback
Required qualifications
- Prior outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new business meetings
- Experience operating AI-assisted workflows and automation tools, with the ability to run and tune existing systems
- Curiosity and the ability to ask insightful questions to develop solutions
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus
