Job Summary
To support the Account Executive team, the full-time Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via various channels to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
