Job Summary
Confident and commercially aware, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage low-volume, high-quality leads, qualifying prospects and positioning higher-ticket offers to build a buyers list for premium upsells.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify and build rapport with high-intent leads who have already invested in products
- Collaborate closely with closers and leadership to maximize deal flow and conversions
- Maintain an organized buyers list and CRM to track interactions and manage leads effectively
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, SDR, or appointment setting, preferably in high-ticket or consultative sales
- Strong ability to handle objections and effectively position upsells
- Highly organized with experience managing a buyers list or CRM
- Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset
- Professional phone presence with clear communication skills
