Job Summary

Confident and commercially aware, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage low-volume, high-quality leads, qualifying prospects and positioning higher-ticket offers to build a buyers list for premium upsells.

Key responsibilities
  • Qualify and build rapport with high-intent leads who have already invested in products
  • Collaborate closely with closers and leadership to maximize deal flow and conversions
  • Maintain an organized buyers list and CRM to track interactions and manage leads effectively
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, SDR, or appointment setting, preferably in high-ticket or consultative sales
  • Strong ability to handle objections and effectively position upsells
  • Highly organized with experience managing a buyers list or CRM
  • Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Professional phone presence with clear communication skills
