Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join a fully remote team, where the candidate will rapidly qualify and convert leads through live chat, phone calls, and emails, maintaining an aggressive outreach cadence during US business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Rapidly qualify and convert incoming leads across multiple channels, including live web chat, phone calls, and email
  • Maintain a high-velocity execution pace with daily outreach and follow-ups to maximize speed-to-lead
  • Prospect and re-engage leads from an extensive CRM database to identify high-potential opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a high-performing SDR or BDR in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or startup environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 minimum) with a strong ability to communicate effectively
  • Hands-on mastery of HubSpot or similar CRM and prospecting tools
  • Structured and organized approach to managing large volumes of prospects
  • Reliable remote work setup, including a laptop/desktop with 8GB+ RAM and a stable internet connection
