Job Summary
Owning outbound pipeline generation, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will focus on high-volume outreach to targeted accounts in the US, utilizing AI-assisted tools and qualifying leads through the PACTA framework.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outreach across various channels to engage fraud, identity, payments, and risk personas
- Qualify opportunities using the PACTA framework and manage ABM account coverage in alignment with the SDR workflow
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track engagement metrics while participating in team reviews and coaching sessions
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of outbound sales development experience with a proven cold call volume
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and sales engagement platform
- Genuine curiosity about fraud, identity, and security
- Experience with MarOps tools such as Koncert and Dux-Soup
- Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment with proficiency in macOS
