Job Summary
As a key driver of growth, the full-time Sales Development Representative will manage lead generation and pipeline activities, leveraging strategic prospecting and product expertise to identify high-value opportunities in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential accounts using a multi-channel approach for strategic prospecting
- Own pipeline-generating activities, ensuring seamless handoff to Account Executives
- Run initial discovery and qualification calls to convey the technical value proposition to high-intent prospects
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-growing startup, finance, consulting, or high-volume sales environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong ownership mentality with accountability for targets and process improvement
- Emotional intelligence to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
