Job Summary
Engaging with potential customers, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage inbound leads, qualify them through various communication channels, and schedule meetings with Inside Sales Representatives to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads via live chat, email, and other platforms to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Quickly assess potential customers' needs and escalate qualified leads by booking discovery calls or product demos with Inside Sales Representatives
- Proactively engage with leads to schedule meetings with Inside Sales Representatives while ensuring prompt and professional communication
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, customer support, or a similar role, preferably with live chat or hybrid communication experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot CRM and Gong, for managing leads and tracking interactions
- Ability to make 100+ calls per day
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet targets
- US-based candidates must live in specified states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, and others
