Job Summary
Motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will leverage a Life Sciences background to engage and qualify new customers in the pharma, biotech, and medical device sectors, driving new business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads
- Utilize scientific credibility to initiate conversations with senior R&D and innovation leaders
- Collaborate with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into revenue opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Recent graduate or early career professional in Life Sciences or a related field
- Strong motivation for success in a sales environment with uncapped commission
- Proactive and confident in initiating conversations and building relationships
