Job Summary

To support pipeline coverage and revenue goals, the full-time Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and build relationships with decision-makers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to fuel the new business pipeline
  • Schedule appointments and demos to connect qualified buyers with the sales team while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce
  • Participate in ongoing development training and provide feedback on marketing campaigns to drive performance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing/sales technologies like LinkedIn and Salesloft
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern sales principles and tactics
  • Ability to articulate domain experience in healthcare IT and specific value propositions in relevant markets
