Job Summary
Generating a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, the full-time Sales Development Representative will engage target prospects via calls, emails, and social media while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to set meetings for Account Executives in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage target accounts through various outreach methods
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives with detailed notes
- Maintain accurate Salesforce activity and collaborate on messaging improvements
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in SDR/BDR or outbound-focused sales
- Proficient in cold calling and writing outbound emails
- Proven track record of meeting goals in a quota-driven environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
