Job Summary
To engage cold leads and book appointments with the Chief of Staff, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage a targeted outreach strategy using email, phone, and LinkedIn, focusing on personalized communication rather than volume.
Key responsibilities
- Warm up cold leads through personalized outreach and book calls with the Chief of Staff
- Log interactions and share daily performance metrics in Pipedrive
- Participate in daily discussions with the Chief of Staff to review conversations and improve strategies
Required qualifications
- Prior outbound sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level clients
