Job Summary

Researching and prospecting new pipeline opportunities, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, and objection handling while contributing to overall pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling and email campaigns
  • Research, prospect, and schedule qualified meetings to support Account Executives
  • Meet daily activity KPIs and exceed quarterly quota goals to drive pipeline growth
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years as a BDR/SDR or in a relevant sales/customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong hunter mentality
  • Energetic and self-motivated attitude focused on action and execution
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and translate complex technology to customer benefits
  • Excitement for the fast-paced, evolving nature of a high-growth tech startup
