Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to work remotely, who will identify and solicit new business by engaging clients about advertising opportunities across various platforms, including podcasts and digital media.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels, aiming for 80+ interactions per day
  • Research and identify leads that align with ideal customer profiles while managing lead follow-up and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and consistently meet outreach and meeting booking goals
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development or Outbound Sales
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding phone etiquette
  • Ability to balance creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • A competitive spirit thriving in a metrics-driven and tech-savvy selling environment
